Call us anytime for an informal chat, so that we can see if mediation is the right way to handle your dispute. Once we have found out a little more, we will send you some information and a costs agreement, which will clearly set out the fees based on your individual dispute.

Accept our quote.
If you accept our quote, we will send an invitation to the other party.

The details.
Once both parties have signed the agreement to mediate, we will arrange both pre-mediation meetings. This is where we discuss who is best to attend the mediation and find out more detail about the issues you are facing.
The meeting can be over the phone, by video conferencing (zoom or MS Teams) or sometimes in person.

We organise the mediation at a time and place that is convenient to everyone.
Mediations are generally conducted face to face or online. During Covid-19 we have all become more accustomed to using technology and this has become a really popular option when people are unable to travel for various reasons.
